NEW Blending Card!!! GIVEAWAY!!

Zoe December 12, 2010 59

Winners Announced!

Hi Everyone,

I am very excited to announce that after lots of research and then finally lots of testing I have a new blending card available for all of you who use alcohol based markers at an affordable price! This cardstock works with copic markers, prismacolor markers, pro markers and tria markers. Any markers that use alcohol as their base.

Having started my colouring using cardstock that wasn’t appropriate for markers I have always been fascinated in trying new blending mediums and so I decided to see what I could find and bring to the market.

So I am now happy to announce the release of

‘Make it Colour’!!

10 pack of A4 only $4.50

25 pack of A4 only $10.50!!

And of course I have a GIVEAWAY!!

I have 5 sample packs of 5 (4″ x 6″) sheets to give away to some lucky people! Simply leave a comment below to go into the draw and I will announce the winners on Friday 17th.

Here are some examples I have been playing with to share with you.

In this image I was experimenting to see how many layers of ink I could throw at the paper before it would bleed, pill and pool on top. You can see on the face it began to pill a little and in some areas of the shoes it began to pool on the surface a little. But most surprisingly after laying layers and layers of reds, yellows and greys on the right hand side, it didn’t bleed into the jeans or hands etc. I was quite surprised and most impressed.

I thought I should share some general colouring as well. This image blends some dark to very light blues but what I really liked was blending the reds. Using R20 would actually ‘move’ some of the darker red colour allowing it to blend just that little bit easier. it does however mean you may need to alter your current colouring method slightly as this was a little new to me.

Then this is the same image above however this time I have come in with greys to add additional depth. When colouring with greys I also finish by using the same tone colour over the top of the grey. For example, blue on the jeans and red on the sleeves to get my colour back.

So for your chance to win some of this new paper just comment below! I of course would love you to spread the word if you so wish. :)

PLUS Don’t forget we have an awesome blog hop coming up on Saturday! You do not want to miss it. Spread the word by adding our bloghop blinkie for your chance to win more prizes!!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are having a fabulous weekend!

Hugs
