Hi Everyone!
Today the Make it Crafty team are starting a new inspirational post where we’ll be having two blog hops a month inspiring you with MiC products of course on a particular theme.
The first theme is ‘New Beginnings’ beind the new year and all.
I had a friend ask me the other day if I have any ‘New Year Resolutions’ and I immediately said ‘No’ as I really don’t believe in them – I personally think if you want to make a change about yourself then there’s no better time to make that change than now! No matter what time of year it is. 
However… this year I do in fact have a New Years resolution I guess, as last year was one of those years where I had a few things thrown at me and it turned into one of those ‘Grow Up’ years.
So in fact my New Years Resolution is to not only ‘think’ about the things I would like to do for someone – but to actually ‘Do’ what I thought.
You see, I have this tendency to have these ideas of things I want to do, or make or get for someone – a family member, friend and in cases even strangers – and I don’t always fulfil those thoughts of mine and then I fell terrible because I don’t understand why I didn’t! I have a number of half started projects intended for people that they have never received. Of course these people have no idea I even had these thoughts and it is me who puts myself through the agony of guilt but still my plan this year is to stop procrastinating and make/do those things I thought up.

This is a gorgeous card and the new theme is brilliant! Can’t wait to see it in the store. The colors are lovely and the accents really make the whole card girly. Love it.
I don’t really have any resolutions either. One I always have the same one and I never complete it. I love your resolution because it does hit home for me as well. I have a few unfinished projects that I hope to complete this year, I guess that’s my new years resolution and i really want to work on my coloring. oops didn’t expect to have such a long answer! >.<

See you really are the worlds sweetest person…..I understand your guiltiness though as I often have fantastic intentions and I really want to do it and then time gets in the way and it gets put aside and then I become ashamed that I had not done it even though as yo say I am the only one who new of my intentions!

Ho Zoe, wow that image is just so gorgeous!! I really want it!! totally agree with you thoughts on new year resolutions. I started this year doing something I’ve been wanting to do for years; I refused to go to the new years afternoon of my employer. It’s been an ordeal for 8 years now, and all my co workers (650!!) complain and hate it. We’ve been complaining about it to the central management but they just won’t listen, so I didn’t go! And it felt good I must say. At least I did something, I said no, something that is pretty difficult for me hehe. Hugs Frea

This is such a gorgeous card too Zoe and again the coloring s so perfect. I must admit, I´m sooooooo amazed about sooooo much talent in coloring here on your new team, I´m totally blown away and I´m soooooooo jealous and wish I could color just half as good as all you talented girls, but I sure have some serious practice to do first, that´s for sure LOL.
Over the top beautiful Zoe. All of your work is just so beautiful. I totally understand your resolution. I also do not make resolution for the exact reasons. Sometimes I have what I think are great ideas to do for people and then..Nothing.. and then I am mad at myself..And then guilt… This past year has kicked my butt also and I have had to make several changes in my life not by choice but by life and death necessity. But I have decided that God apparently is trying to strengthened me through these situations that I now find myself in so I better find a way to make the best of them. Hopefully we will be able to remind each other about our resolutions throughout the year.lol.. Love ya. miss talking with you and I am sure this new release is going to be fantastic as always……….

Love that masked girl I love all that has to do with masquerade and mardi gras. I have a tattoo on my forleg with a masked lady- cant waite till that collection comes out.
