Hello Everyone,
I do hope you are having a wonderful weekend this weekend. I know for many of you it is a very special time and I hope you have a wonderful time with your families and loved ones.
It dawned on me ‘again’ that I haven’t posted anything in what seems FOREVER and so I decided it was time I make something to share!! I really do not know where the time goes but I do spend many hours of it sitting here working on new ideas and flicking around to all the different places that need my attention.
BUT I recently indulged in some crafty goodies from Susana at Susana’s Custom Art and Card Design and added to my ever growing obsessed collection of gorgeous designer paper pads. I just love the smell of them when they are brand new!! Oh and of course all the pretty designs! Oh and a side note for those of you in the USA – Susana stocks quite a great range of Make it Crafty goodies too!!!
So I MADE some time to get creative and dug up some images I had coloured in the past and decided to finally give them a home.
Today I am going to share a card I made with Fairy Poinsettia who I merged with Sitting Flowers. Don’t they look perfect together?
The papers I used are from My Mind’s Eye – Dolled Up and it is a really pretty collection.
I also added some MiC Mini Dragonflies & corners from the Ornate Corners chipboard collections.
I have to say that I LOVE the Mini Dragonflies and use them ALL the time to add just a little extra to a scene project.
You get over 30 in the set and with just a couple used per project they last for ages.
*hint hint* Get some mini dragonflies!! hehehe
Here is a close up of Fairy Poinsettia perched on the Sitting Flowers
All MiC digi stamps are delivered with the subject opaque and the background transparent so you can easily layer them to create a scene.
Check out the sales pitch today!! haha
But honestly that is one of the biggest pluses about my range of digi stamps if you love to create scenes.
The perfect sentiment is available from Whimsy stamps, Magic Mini Letter Seals

Love it! Great layout and your coloring is awesome! So fun to see the dragonflies colored – I so need to do and stop being in such a hurry. LOL Your flowers look great too – just noticed that was one by you too and yet is a perfect match with the fairies. Love it.

This is such a delightful card, Zoe. I so love your coloring and awesome shading. It really inspires me. Cool effect with the dots around the image. It makes me think of pollen and sneezing…LOL…but so cute! Can’t wait to see your authored articles in Magnolia Magazine. Those are the first sections I go to immediately as soon as the new issue hits my mailbox.
Hugz,
Cathy Lee
Well hello!! hahaha!! You’ve been very busy Zoe! Everything looks fantastic! You’re doing a wonderful job with all the sites and making MIC a really nice place to be and enjoy.
Thanks for taking the time to share this beautiful card, I love the colors and the imagery that only MIC backgrounds can give us. Gorgeous card. Now I’m off to Susanna’s to see what mischief I can get in to. Thanks for sharing!
